Drinking/Smoking at camp and not being 21

I like partying and socialising but I've read camps are really strict and so will there be any time to drink/smoke/party? I know the age limit in the US is 21 but is there any flexibility with this?

Drinking on camp is a big no no, but sometimes Americans will host parties on free weekends and so you'll probably get to drink and smoke.

You can drink and smoke at camp, just don't get caught haha
