How to Work as Cabin Crew for Emirates

Emirates have recruitment days around the world you can attend to get hired.
How their recruitment process looks like:
CV drop off, presentation about the company, watching few video clips about the job/Dubai. Than the recruiter will go through our resumes. If you get selected for an assessment, than you will attend this assessment either the same day or the next day. During assessment you will do various group discussions, various group assignments, english test, height test. There will be eliminations during various stages as well. And those who make it further to the final round, gets to attend a final interview the next day.
What are the benefits for a Cabin Crew working with Emirates:

The qualifications & experiences you have to have in order to apply:
At least 21 years old at the time of application.

Educated to at least high school level with strong problem solving skills.
Fluency in written and spoken English (additional languages are desirable).
Medically fit to meet air crew requirements.
Positive attitude with the natural ability to provide excellent service in a team environment, dealing with people from many cultures.
