Favourite country in Europe
Have you been travelling in Europe and if so what was your favourite country?? I'm just trying to work out my itinerary for next year and was hoping to start in London, then take in Paris, Spain, Germany before going east to Czech Republic and Hungary. Am I missing anywhere important?
Besides the castles on the mainland, and the beaches of Spain, Croatia's many islands along the Adriatic are an undiscovered jewel. It is also cheap compared to western Europe. Hrvatska which used to be part of the former Yugoslavia and is one of Europe's hidden treasures. Former Yugoslavia used to be comprised of Slovenia, Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia-Hercegovina, Macedonia and Croatia. Besides the islands of the Dalmatian coast, there are lots of historical cities like Dubrovnik, Split,Sibenik, Trogir, Zagreb and also heaps of national parks like Plitvice, Krka.
Greece!
If you have never been to Italy you've got to go. From Rome to the Amalfi Coast it is beautiful.
I love the south of France, the whole coast - Monaco, Nice, Antibes, Cannes - dreamy!
