Goabroad.com vs Gooverseas.com

I'm researching study abroad programs, specifically a semester in Europe and came across two sites goabroad and gooverseas. Both seem good but is there much difference between the programs and which one is best to apply with?

These sites are don't actual offer programs, you can search programs with universities and study abroad providers, but you don't travel with goabroad and gooverseas if that makes sense. They are advertising platforms, I think Goabroad came along first then Gooverseas basically copied their site with a very similar name. You will be able to find courses on both sites which will be similar, or you could see if your college can help you to arrange a placement.
