Hello!

We are wanting to change things up in our lives and are looking at working internationally, but we just don't know where to get started.

We are married, no children, 30 yo, and have the following skills/training
- he has construction experience, project management for a commercial construction company
- she has a degree and has worked in office administration
- some Spanish, fluent English
- most interested in Latin culture but also open to EU
- not sure working holiday visa is best option as it seems to be intended for younger people who don't plan on staying in same place for a longer period of time
