Settle Down Or Travel The World?
DECISIONS.
Last year my partner and I got engaged we also moved into our first house together. We both have good jobs that pay a decent wage. We live in Essex, UK
This year we face a decision to renew our contract and stay at our rented house that we have made a secure comfortable home or to move back in with my family and save to travel world wide.
We both have travel experience and back packed north Thailand for a month in November last year. We got the bug for travel half way through and feel we have to make a decision. As we have a commitment with our home and bills we can't afford to pay rent and save for such an adventure.
I'm terrified to push her into this but she seems excited when we have general conversations about stuff that may include the world travel but if I try bring it up on a serious level she gets all weird and pressured and I guess annoyed. She says she wants to travel full time and work when we can and volunteer when we can as well for food or and accommodation and I love that but it's like she has a thousand and 2 questions she wants every detailed answer possible about money side of things and I just can't give that to her I barely know the answers my self.
She says she wishes she didn't have a choice in the matter and that if the flat was taken from us she wouldn't have a worry to say let's go
Can anyone give me some advice ???
