Should I Book a Tour with Intro Travel?

Hey!

Has anyone used touring companies before to do group travel around Thailand, Bali, Fiji etc... If so, what ones? Were they any good? I only really know "Into Travel" that my friend recommended, has anyone gone with them are they good? But there must be others out there...
