Does anyone have experience of working in Turkish tourist resorts over the summer?

I am with my girlfriend in Istanbul, we're both working and have our residence permits in process, and we are thinking about spending the summer on the coast somewhere.

(We may also be joined by another girl, maybe two, so advice about how girls are treated is especially welcome.)

We both have experience of hotel work, sales, and English teaching. I'm also a sailor and have a PADI Rescue Diver certificate. I want to be on/in the water a lot this summer, as well as not spending my money. If it's possible to actually get paid as well, then all the better.

Does anyone know what the normal conditions are? Pay, accommodation, working hours, what kind of jobs are available, etc.

We will have residence permits, health insurance, and don't mind camping. I might buy a motorbike too!

Many thanks for your ideas and suggestions. We're not looking for parties, btw, as we don't drink or smoke. If you know of any less popular resorts, that would be good.
