What is the best country in Asia to teach English?

I'm looking at gap year teaching programs and have a few companies in mind to apply with. But I've never been to Asia before, could anyone recommend me a country as I'm clueless which is best for a first timer? Japan? Korea? China? Thailand? Other....?
